Detailed Description

Execute DoxyLine.pl with appropriate arguments (*NIX).

These arguments are for the DoxyFilt documentation tree. If you use DoxyLine in your project, you should provide a file like this using the flags appropriate to your project.

You will also need to identify the location of the actual DoxyLine.pl script. For the DoxyFilt documentation this isn't necessary, as it is already local.
