Documenting Your Code for DoxyFilt and Doxygen

Documentation will always depend on the language or script type.

In addition, various DoxyFilt.pl command-line parameters will affect how documentation is done. Mostly it is common-sense extensions of the basic Doxygen mechanism.

Where we (will) describe the characteristics of specific DoxyFilt filter instantiations (e.g. Perl w/POD) we will show how to use the default settings and attempt to note how they might be changed using appropriate command-line parameters.
